About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales and Contract Engineer to join our team at Rotork (Thailand) Limited in Bangkok. This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-quality sales and engineering support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and solutions for their needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively manage a portfolio of sales accounts, building strong relationships with customers and understanding their unique requirements
  2. Provide technical sales support, advising customers on the most suitable products and solutions to meet their needs
  3. Prepare and process sales contracts, orders and other documentation accurately and efficiently
  4. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customised solutions for customers
  5. Attend site visits and engage with customers to understand their challenges and provide expert guidance
  6. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an inside sales or sales support role, ideally within the industrial automation or engineering sectors
  2. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand complex engineering requirements
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  4. Proficient in preparing and processing sales contracts, orders and other documentation
  5. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  6. Fluency in English and Thai languages
