IT Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages and grows relationships and drives expansion and renewals across all solutions (foundational solutions primary) within assigned accounts.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients through regular communication and relationship building.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and upsell/cross-sell products or services.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
- Adheres to Finance standards and procedures to reduce costs and report associated risk.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proven over 5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
