As the
Hotel Connectivity Manager
, you'll drive the performance, optimization, and growth of our hotel connectivity network across Asia. This is a pivotal regional role, blending technology and hospitality — ensuring that our systems and hotel partners communicate seamlessly to deliver the best rates, content, and availability in real time.

You'll collaborate with hotel chains, technology providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth integrations and consistent performance — helping TravelBullz stay ahead as a leader in B2B travel distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize
  all hotel connectivity and integration projects in the Asia region.
• Drive new supplier integrations
  — from onboarding hotel chains to activating XML connections with CRS, PMS, and Channel Managers.
• Develop and implement
  new connectivity procedures to ensure speed, accuracy, and stability in system performance.
• Enhance and maintain
  direct connections with contracted hotels to strengthen real-time data flow.
• Coordinate
  with Channel Managers to ensure seamless mapping of rates and inventory into the TravelBullz platform.
• Act as the regional expert
  and first point of contact for connectivity issues, troubleshooting, and training.
• Collaborate globally
  with other TravelBullz regions and our central technology team to drive consistency and best practices.
• Work closely
  with the Contracting Operations and Commercial Technology teams to ensure end-to-end connectivity performance.
• Resolve technical issues
  promptly and proactively to minimize disruptions for hotel partners and internal users.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline — preference for
  Hospitality, Tourism, or IT Management
  .
• Minimum
  2 years of experience
  managing hotel connectivity, Channel Managers (e.g.,
  SiteMinder, EZYield
  ) or Switches (e.g.,
  HBSi, DerbySoft
  ).
• Solid technical understanding of
  XML integrations
  and hospitality connectivity frameworks.
• Experience with
  OTA or hotel technology platforms
  (e.g.,
  Amadeus, Sabre, Oracle Hospitality
  ); knowledge of
  DMC API integrations
  is an advantage.
• A
  proactive and analytical
  mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Independent, mature, and solution-oriented
  professional with a strong sense of ownership.
• Passionate about
  travel, technology, and building efficient connectivity solutions
  that make a difference.
