-Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.

-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills..

- Proven track record in guest relations and operational excellence.

-Proficiency in English and Thai; Chinese languages are a plus.

-Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

-Familiar with PMS systems and OTA management tools.

Join our dynamic team

-Supervise and lead the hotel team

-Oversee daily hotel operation (front office ,house keeping and maintenance)

-Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and monitor review and guest feedback ensuring continuous improvement.

-Develop and train staff to maintain professional standard and deliver outstanding customer service.

- Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.

-Implement marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and brand visibility
