Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders/end users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product/project high level requirements, and actionable roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, including prototyping, and UI design.
  • Lead the successful delivery process from feature definition, specification, implementation, testing, user acceptance, deployment and adoption to ensure solutions meet user needs and maintain a high standard of quality and usability.
  • Collaborate with Tester teams to define test case, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the quality and usability of the products.
  • Provide training and communication support to both internal and external users.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including developer, designer, tester, data analytics, CRM, market planner, regulators, and call center, to ensure their requirements are captured and delivered as expected.
  • Handle production issues after product release

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in user-centric product creation
  • Knowledge of Principles of SDLC, Waterfall Management, Agile with Scrum (or relevant framework)
  • Knowledge of Testing Methodology
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in real-estate related products is a plus
  • Strong in user interface design with Figma
  • Strong in user experience design, particularly as applied to Web-based applications
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking and analytical skills
