Key Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end product design across the customer lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous iteration.
  • Define and communicate a clear user experience vision that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Design intuitive, scalable, and engaging digital experiences for a large-scale loyalty program serving millions of users.
  • Take full ownership of design deliverables, from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity UX/UI and interactive prototypes.
  • Identify and frame user problems, define target personas, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Rapidly explore multiple design directions through sketches and prototypes, balancing speed, quality, and impact.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative customer insights, business requirements, and company priorities to inform design decisions.
  • Continuously adapt design solutions based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and evolving market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, commercial teams, and data analysts.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a strong UX/UI practice across product squads.
  • Communicate effectively in English in cross-functional discussions, presentations, and design reviews.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or designing consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong experience designing digital products, especially mobile applications.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and visual design systems.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and stakeholder perspectives.
  • Experience translating complex and abstract problems into clear, intuitive user experiences.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to clearly explain design concepts and rationale.
  • Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional, agile product teams.
  • Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement and personal growth.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, ProtoPie, Useberry, or equivalent.
  • Experience with large-scale platforms, loyalty programs, or data-driven products is a plus.
