Job Description

  • Lead product planning to ensure alignment with company objectives and delivery goals.
  • Build a strong technical understanding of products, features, and services—how they are built, how they work, and how they solve customer problems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of shopper and merchant needs through both qualitative and quantitative data, identifying product gaps and generating new ideas.
  • Gather, analyze, and share user feedback to uncover customer needs and pain points.
  • Translate product ideas into user stories, prototypes, and detailed requirements.
  • Communicate and align across teams and stakeholders, managing product launches effectively.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver features and products on time with optimal resources.
  • Act as a hands-on team member to resolve issues that arise during product launches.
  • Review and evaluate plans from other teams to ensure consistency with the overall product strategy.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on evolving requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of development.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps and release schedules.
  • Oversee improvements and defect backlogs, defining requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop user stories and set clear acceptance criteria.
  • Track progress during sprints and address production issues as they arise.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineer, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a product owner, or product management within Technology platform, E-commerce or fintech startup.
  • Experiences on both Business and Technology product development.
  • Strong understanding of technology development
  • Strong understanding of good product development principles for early-stage startups
  • Strong market research skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong cross-functional team communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work well to meet objectives
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
  • Fluent in English language.
