About us
Our Games Trading has been in operation through various forms since 2009 and is one of the leading hobby and tabletop game distributors in Thailand. Working with major publishers including Wizards of the Coast, Dev Sisters, Wizkids, Asmodee, CMON, Army Painter, Dragon Shield and many more. The business is orientated around the import and distribution of tabletop games and hobby accessories to local retailers and modern trade outlets in Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia.
Qualifications & experience
- Fluent English - Read Write Speak
- Good Spoken Thai
- 5 years plus in a management position.
- Experience in gaming or hobby industry.
- Ability to read Chinese a benefit but not a necessity
- Excellent command of general computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AI tools for process improvement
Tasks & responsibilities
- A desire to develop to the position of General Manager
- Review and approval of team projects
- Manage overseas supplier relationships
- Review and expand supply opportunities
- Day to day management of the team (Trade / Marketing and Warehouse)
- Oversee import operations and international shipments documentation
- Create reports and analysis on logistics operation costs and KPIs
- Lead and plan team skill development
- Review sales/marketing initiatives and events
- Foster and develop business opportunities and partnerships
- Attend events as and when necessary on weekends and evenings
- Drive a year on year 15% Growth target
