Job Description:

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the order management process and share best practices and knowledge with all relevant associates.
  • Execute daily order processing to consistently meet high customer service requirements.
  • Work closely with the internal Sales team to support and resolve operational issues related to Logistics and Internal Demand teams.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure order fulfillment is effectively controlled, monitored, and managed to meet required standards.
  • Establish, maintain, and publish metrics and improvement targets for all assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure payments from all dedicated sales channels are accurately and successfully settled.
  • Ensure accuracy and correctness of all order creation from dedicated sales channels.
  • Comply with company regulations and all implemented standard systems.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in Order Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Sales Operations, or related areas.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving and dynamic market environment (e.g., FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Banking, Home Shopping) is an advantage.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • High analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer interface experience; results-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken, with good computer skills, especially in Excel.
  • Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) is an added advantage.
