Job Overview:

The Digital Specialist - Mobile App position will contribute to Starbucks' success by developing communications in various channels with a focus on the mobile app. This role will also be responsible for managing and optimizing the app, ensuring an exceptional user experience, and driving engagement. This role requires a combination of digital marketing expertise and mobile app development knowledge.

Main Duties:

  • Work with the team on marketing strategy for SR customer and non-members, including communications and campaigns through mobile app.
  • Create the copy writing in both English & Thai for the SR and Nationwide communication thru Mobile App.
  • Set up and manage all the information in the Mobile App CMS (Feed Card, Inbox message, Starbucks Card, Category products and store opening).
  • Work with graphic team to do all creatives (SR & nationwide) for mobile.
  • Coordinate with cross functional team to collect data for the Performance reports of Mobile App from Google Analytic & App Annie (no. of Download, view & usage by function).
  • Work and coordinate with vendor on mobile applications implementation.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing during the mobile application testing phase.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor including payment request.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications and/or Mobile Application development or implementation.
  • Familiarity in retails business.
  • Experience in UX/UI design, familiar with Marketing Communication and social media (preferrable)

Skills & Abilities:

  • Moderate English skill (Speaking, Writing and Listening) and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment, open to feedback, and actively contribute to the team's success.
