Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency and the consensus on global forecast in volume versus the sales forecast, the controlling trend, and historical sales.
  • Follow closely the actual supply and issues that could affect the business.
  • Proactively raise or alert commercial for the potential slow moving and obsolete items including driving commercial on slow moving and obsolete items clearance
  • Identify and develop new ideas & lead projects that improve demand & inventory processes.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and trading department to understand and deliver the brand/ customer requirements and to improve and deliver accurate and timely forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in demand planner, planner with retail, FMCG or Wholesale business.
  • Demand planning & supply planning - Demand planning experience is critical with sales forecasting process development a major benefit.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with willingness and ability to challenge assumptions drive change and improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
