Sales And Business Development

After-Sales Support

Collections And Credit Control

Team Leadership And Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across sales, operations, and support functions.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Strategic Planning And Reporting

  • Collaborate with the regional/global leadership team to align country-specific strategies with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance, sales, operations, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the country operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Relevant Business/Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA qualification is preferred.
  • Strong background in Finance with an experience in financial forecasting, financial report for various department.
  • Strong background in Sales would also be advantage.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
  • Team management and negotiation skills.
