Project Sales Engineer

- Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve personal revenue targets by promoting and selling appropriate PERI solutions, preparing tailored proposals and contracts, and establishing sustainable revenue streams.
- Develop and Manage Customer Relationships: Identify and engage potential clients, nurture existing accounts, conduct regular visits, and serve as the main point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Deliver Value-Driven Solutions: Define customer- or project-specific value propositions with cross-functional input, and present convincing solutions through effective presentations.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies, share market insights, and ensure smooth execution of projects and services.
- Maintain Market and CRM Intelligence: Keep accurate records in the CRM system, monitor competitor activities, and follow company guidelines to support data-driven decision-making and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Gender: Open to all genders; must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field
- Technical skills: Proficient in reading AutoCAD and interpreting technical drawings.
- Language skills: Strong English speaking skills; TOEIC not required.
- Sales Experience: At least 5 years in Hunter-style Sales in construction products and industries is a required.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Sales Competencies: Excellent communication, confident presentation, and persistence in long, relationship-driven sales cycles.

คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ Sales สาย Hunter ในงานก่อสร้าง อย่างน้อย 5 ปี (จำเป็น)
- อ่านแบบ AutoCAD และแบบก่อสร้างได้
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ไม่ต้องมี TOEIC)
- บุคลิกนักขาย กล้านำเสนอ อดทน และรักความท้าทาย
- มีใบขับขี่และรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
