Project Sales Executive

- Identify and generate new business opportunities (Project Leads) through various channels, including existing clients, networking activities, seminars, and online platforms.
- Conduct client visits to present products, services, and integrated solutions.
- Plan, manage, and monitor the sales pipeline, including weekly and monthly sales forecasting and reporting.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements in detail, covering functional, technical, and budgetary aspects.
- Analyze customer needs and design appropriate solution proposals tailored to business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical and solution-related consultation, ranging from basic to advanced levels.
- Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including quotations, TOR, proposals, BOQ, cost sheets, and other relevant documentation.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms, including payment terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and warranty conditions.
- Present product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC), and conduct site surveys in collaboration with technical teams.
- Coordinate and work closely with internal teams, including Pre-sales, Solution Architects (SA), Project Managers (PM), Engineers, and Procurement.
- Monitor and follow up on project progress after sales closure, from project handover through implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of internal and external documentation, such as quotations, purchase requisitions, TOR, delivery documents, and payment-related documentation.
- Manage and track project timelines in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Attend client meetings during key project phases, including kick-off meetings, design reviews, and progress meetings.
- Monitor project issues and coordinate with technical teams to support problem resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients after project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for repeat sales, project expansion, or additional modules and feature enhancements.
Hard Skills
Knowledge of products and solutions, such as:
IT Solutions, Software, Hardware
- CCTV, RFID, Access Control, IoT
- Network, Cloud, and related project-based solutions across various industries
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, TOR, BOQ, and SOW documents.
- Understanding of workflows, network diagrams, and system integration diagrams.
- Proficiency in basic tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Experience in proposal preparation, costing, and quotation development.
- Knowledge of and ability to utilize AI applications and robotic applications.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and confident presentation skills.
- Ability to plan, manage, and monitor sales pipelines effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Close attention to detail, particularly in contracts and project-related documentation.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical teams.
