Key Responsibilities:

1. On-site Coordination & Implementation:

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact at the One Bangkok site; collaborate closely with clients, facility managers, and 3rd-party vendors to ensure project alignment.
  • Deployment & Commissioning: Supervise and coordinate the installation and commissioning of IoT devices, sensors, and gateways to ensure they meet technical specifications and timelines.
  • Testing & UAT: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes with the client, ensuring the delivered solutions meet business requirements and operational standards.
  • On-site Support: Provide first-tier troubleshooting and immediate support for hardware or connectivity issues at the site.

2. Backend Operations & Technical Support:

  • System Configuration: Manage configuration and provisioning of IoT devices on the platform; perform regular system health checks to ensure high availability.
  • Data Monitoring: Monitor data integrity and data flow from sensors to the Cloud/Server; identify anomalies and generate performance reports.
  • Technical Investigation: Work with the software development team to analyze root causes of technical issues (Root Cause Analysis) and track bug fixes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IoT implementation, System Engineering, IT Support, or Project Coordination. (Experience in Smart Building, BMS, or Real Estate projects is a strong plus).

  • Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of IoT Protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, Modbus, BACnet).

  • Basic knowledge of Network infrastructure and Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Ability to use basic tools for data querying or dashboard monitoring.

  • Soft Skills (Crucial):

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in an on-site environment.
