Position: Sales Customer Coordinator (Appliances) 

Level: Staff 1 Positions 

Work Location: BKK - MRT Sutthisarn

Job description:

  • Support and execute all sales operations to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow
  • Ensure the accuracy of all documents and data
  • Comply strictly with all company and departmental policies
  • Contribute to achieving the overall goals of the sales department
  • Assist in all sales operational processes according to agreed timelines and policies
  • Prepare, review, and manage all sales-related documents (e.g., quotations, sales orders, contracts)
  • Input and maintain accurate customer and sales data in the company's system
  • Coordinate with departments like Marketing, Accounting, and Warehouse to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure all processes and documents are compliant with company standards (e.g., ISM) and ready for internal audits
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the supervisor
  • Coordinate delivery ordered products with Customer/Factory
  • Customer forecast analysis with factory
  • Control BOI concerned privilege and report V Balance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in sales, sales coordination, or a relevant administrative role
  • Basic understanding of the company's business and industry
  • Familiarity with sales department policies and goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Strong coordination and time management abilities
  • Computer Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Language: Good command of English, both spoken and written (TOEIC score of 550 or above).
