Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with Agents either by email, telephone or face to face meetings.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations to Agents.
  • Respond promptly to Agents inquiries within required time frame.
  • Handle and resolve Agents complaints.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Agents.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
  • 1-2 years working experience in related field.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial sense. Aggressive personality, hunger for success.
  • Good command of English.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
