Job Summary: Driving the brand's commercial performance through effective sales tracking, inventory management, and coordination with cross-functional teams. This role ensures that stores receive the right products at the right time, supports buying and planning activities with actionable data, and provides insights that help improve sell-through and overall business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Section Manager in monitoring sales performance, sell-through, and store KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Coordinate with Merchandising/Planning on buying, allocation, replenishment, and inventory flow to ensure optimal stock levels across stores and channels.
  • Analyze product performance by style, category, and store; highlight key items, slow movers, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage inventory operations including stock transfers, consolidation, and launch readiness for new collections.
  • Work with Retail Operations and VM teams to ensure product focus, key-item push, and in-store execution align with commercial objectives.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and stock reports, providing insights and recommendations to the Brand Section Manager.
  • Assist in seasonal preparation through historical data review, demand forecasting, and buy-planning support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or related fields.
  • Over 4 years of experience in sales operations, merchandising planning, buying support, or retail performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable) and data-driven reporting.
  • Solid understanding of fashion retail, product lifecycle, assortment structure, and inventory flow.
  • Strong coordination skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Merch, Retail Ops, VM, Supply Chain).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills with ability to summarize insights and support management decision-making.
