The Brand Manager for ELEMIS Thailand is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive brand growth, increase market share, and enhance brand equity. This role involves overseeing marketing initiatives, product launches, promotional activities, while ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals. The Brand Manager manages the sales and marketing teams and collaborates with cross-functional teams such as global product development, supply chain, retail design and finance to ensure the successful implementation of brand plans. He/she will analyze market trends, monitor brand performance, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Social media and communication executive (1-year contract, renewable)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Summary of role
As a social media and communication executive, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall content and captions across social media channels for all brands under L'Occitane group Thailand. Your primary focus will be to create engaging, compelling, and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand identity. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and an optimized social media content strategy.
Key accountabilities :
PR :
- Drive impactful PR campaigns and holistic short – medium - long term PR strategies in conjunction with our marketing and social teams with timely management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, celebrities, and influencers to drive and influence positive media coverage and exposure.
- To be responsible for the campaign brief to influencers and media to ensure the communication effectiveness.
- Write press releases and other media communications to promote brand campaigns
Content :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience.
- Create a content calendar that outlines the types of content to be published, the frequency of posts, and the timing of promotions.
- Generate high-quality and creative visual content, including images, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, that showcase our brand and offerings.
- Write compelling and engaging captions that capture the attention of our audience and convey our brand's voice and message effectively.
- Monitor social media channels for audience comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Encourage and foster meaningful interactions with our followers to build a sense of community and loyalty.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to assess content effectiveness.
- Use insights to continuously optimize content strategy and improve social media performance.
- Collaborate with media teams to promote and amplify, raise awareness and engagement of content.
- Work closely with the design team, photographers, videographers, and other stakeholders to coordinate and produce high-quality content.
- Work alongside the social & community admin to develop day-to-day operations, customer comments and insights to develop further social management plans.
- Support other related tasks assigned by line manager as needed.
Branding :
- Ensure that all social media content adheres to our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop templates and visual assets that reflect our brand identity.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, popular hashtags, and content formats to incorporate them into our content strategy.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Good command of English
- Thai nationality only
- Celebrity or influencers connection and networking would be an advantage.
- Passion in beauty with creativity skill is preferable.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and content creation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms, their nuances, and best practices.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and shareable content.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and an understanding of how to optimize content for various platforms.
- Experience with audience segmentation and tailoring content for specific target groups.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for digital marketing and a strong interest in staying ahead of industry trends.
