We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Thailand. This role partners closely with management to drive HR initiatives that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to implement corporate HR policies and support organizational development initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support in resolving employee relations matters, using a structured and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Lead and participate in company-wide HR programs, including performance management, engagement, and cultural development.
  • Support change management efforts by contributing to process improvements and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor regulations.
  • Plan and execute employee relations activities to promote a cohesive and motivated workforce.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Oversee training administration and support office management tasks, including facilities and general administration.

  • Proficient in HR operations, payroll systems, and labor law compliance.
