*General Purpose:*
Ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient execution of HR administration, recruitment, employee services, and office HR operations.

*Specific Objectives (first :12 months):*

  • Build a fully organized HR administration structure

Create and maintain complete employee files, HR documentation, contract templates, HR logs, and regulatory records aligned with Thai labor law.

  • Establish a reliable and timely recruitment pipeline

Implement and manage an end-to-end recruitment workflow—from sourcing candidates to onboarding—ensuring hiring needs are met within agreed timelines.

  • Standardize onboarding & offboarding processes

Design structured procedures for new hires and resigning employees, coordinating closely with IT, Finance, and Facilities.

  • Support HR compliance activities

Ensure compliance with Thailand's labor regulations including probation procedures, contract renewals, benefits requirements, and statutory reporting.

  • Enhance employee experience

Coordinate routine HR touchpoints, internal communication, and engagement activities to support a positive and inclusive workplace.

*Key Activities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination).
  • Maintain active talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, and local Thai sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate assessments and final interviews with hiring managers.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time to fill, pipeline progress, interview feedback, offer acceptance rates).

*HR Administration & Compliance*

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and probation evaluation logs.
  • Ensure HR processes align with Thai labor laws (Social Security, leave entitlements, termination procedures).
  • Handle employment letters, contract renewals, and policy acknowledgments.
  • Support monthly payroll by preparing attendance, overtime, and leave data.

*Onboarding & Offboarding*

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding: documentation collection, orientation, equipment coordination, ID creation, and introduction schedules.
  • Manage offboarding: resignation acceptance, clearance forms, equipment return, payroll coordination, and exit documentation.

*Employee Relations & Office Support*

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from Bangkok staff.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities: birthdays, team events, cultural celebrations, wellness initiatives.
  • Handle basic office administration tasks (supplies, vendor communication, HR-related facility needs).

*HR Reporting*

  • Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, hiring status, attendance, leave, and compliance activities.

Requirements
*Key Competences:*

  • Strong knowledge HR compliance, and HR documentation.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for multiple roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability for handling multi-function administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, and local Thai job platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working onsite in a dynamic, multicultural team environment.

*Likely Current Job:*

  • HR Officer or Senior HR Officer handling both recruitment and HR operations.
  • HR & Admin Executive in a multinational or mid-sized Thai company.
  • Recruiter/HR Coordinator with exposure to HR admin tasks.
  • HR Generalist managing documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations.
