You Will :

  • Develop marketing and sales plans to promote products to Modern Trade and Horeca
  • Develop and maintain new and existing accounts, and identify additional potential prospects
  • Research and analyze market trends, competition activity and customer behavior to create sales plan and marketing plan which will create sustainable growth in markets
  • Design and implement customized sales strategies for each Modern Trade key account
  • Effectively manage a sales and marketing budget to achieve targeted sales and further
  • Manage and optimize sales channels to achieve maximum sales performance, distribution coverage, and profitability.Anticipate & resolve execution problems
  • Attend Food & Beverage exhibitions assigned for both domestic and overseas
  • Provide strategic recommendations and improvement plans for each key account to achieve sales targets
  • Act as a representative of the company and represent the company's interests at all times

You have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Economics, Sales or related field.
  • Minimum 2-years of sales experience, directly supporting or directly selling
  • Experience working in Food and Beverage will be special considered.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent prioritization, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present and facilitate a briefing/session
  • Ability to drive results by developing internal team relationships and external client relationships
  • Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to be persuasive and influential
  • Good negotiation, presentation and decision-making skills.
  • Conceptually and mathematically able to compute and understand profit margins
