Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Training and Service Specialist who will be responsible for managing and delivering comprehensive training programs, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing seamless end-to-end training support. This role involves close collaboration with Learning Designers, Sales Teams, Facilitators, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and deliver training sessions effectively, ensuring they are timely, complete, and exceed client expectations.
  2. Provide end-to-end client support from initial registration through post-training follow-up.
  3. Track client progress and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
  4. Collaborate with Learning Designers to develop high-quality training materials and educational media.
  5. Accurately maintain real-time client records and manage databases efficiently.
  6. Coordinate closely with Sales Teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
  7. Manage and coordinate CSR projects related to training initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in training coordination, customer service, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and energetic working style.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams (Sales, Learning Design, Facilitators).
  • Proficiency in database management and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.
