We are looking for a
high-caliber Senior Frontend Developer
who is
self-driven, independent, and able to take full ownership
of our frontend architecture. In this role, you will move fast, make key technical decisions, and lead the evolution of MessageSpring's frontend platform.

What You Will Lead

• Own and lead the
  entire frontend development
  of the MessageSpring platform
• Rapidly understand the existing system and start contributing within days
• Design, develop, and maintain
  high-performance, scalable, and secure
  frontend architecture
• Build
  reusable UI components
  , internal libraries, and shared design systems
• Drive the frontend technical direction, best practices, coding standards, and UI performance strategy
• Work closely with Product, Backend, and Design teams to create fast, intuitive user experiences
• Mentor team members and perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
• Proactively identify UI/UX improvements and implement them end-to-end

Required Qualifications

• 5–8+ years
  of professional frontend development experience
• Strong, hands-on expertise in
  , NextJs, VueJs, JavaScript (ES6+), Type Script, and modern frontend architecture
• Demonstrated ability to
  lead projects independently
  and make technical decisions
• Experience in building
  enterprise-grade, complex, and scalable frontend systems
• Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Flux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in RESTful API integration
• Solid understanding of web security, authentication, and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Proficient with build tools: Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with performance optimization, profiling, and debugging
• Strong ability to translate product requirements into clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a
  self-starter mindset
• Experience with is a strong plus
• Experience in mentoring, reviewing, or leading a small team is a plus
