What you'll do

  • Guide the full software development life cycle — from requirement gathering and architecture to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers — providing thoughtful code reviews, sharing best practices, and helping individuals grow in their craft.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code — contributing directly to product features, infrastructure tools, or performance enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders — translating business needs into technical specifications and helping define the roadmap.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system issues — identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.
  • Create scalable, reliable systems — developing backend and frontend components using a modern technology stack.
  • Ensure project alignment — maintain oversight of development plans, track progress against timelines, and unblock bottlenecks proactively.
  • Own and uphold technical quality — ensuring coding standards, system architecture, and deployment processes are robust and forward-thinking.
  • Support customer success — helping design solutions that respond to user feedback, operational requirements, and real-world scenarios.
  • Embrace continuous improvement — stay curious about emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve how we work.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development; full-stack experience is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in leading teams or mentoring developers in Agile or Scrum-based environments.
  • Languages:
    Proficient in Java, C#, .NET; familiarity with Python, Scala, or R is a plus.
  • Frontend:
    ASP.NET Core, AngularJS, JSP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SASS, jQuery, AJAX
  • Backend & Frameworks:
    .NET Core, NodeJS, PHP (Symfony), RESTful APIs, Websphere ESB, Blockchain
  • Cloud & Infrastructure:
     Microsoft Azure, AWS
  • Databases:
     SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, VSAM, Hadoop
  • Experience with
    automated testing
    , deployment pipelines, performance tuning, and security best practices.
  • Knowledge of
    iOS/Android app development
    is a bonus.
  • Regular use of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools.
  • Systematic and analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable juggling priorities, staying cool under pressure, and working through ambiguity.
  • High standards of integrity, curiosity, and ownership over your work and your team's growth.
  • Must be fluent in Thai, both spoken and written; English communication skills are a plus.
