BSIglobal is a software development outsourcing company based in Bangkok, Thailand with European leadership. We outsource software developers to companies in mostly western Europe. Odoo development is amongst one of the services we provide.

Your Mission

  • Build custom modules, reports, automations and more using Odoo's python framework
  • Perform and manage upgrades and migrations between the different hosting platforms offered by Odoo.
  • Troubleshoot and bugfixes for legacy code and third party modules.
  • Integration and customization of third party modules.
  • Own your code from architecture to testing to deployment
  • Contribute to a culture of clean code, pragmatic problem-solving, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
  • Strong experience with
    PostgreSQL

and backend architecture.
- Experience working across various Odoo versions,
Odoo 17, 18, and 19.
- Experience with
Odoo Enterprise
features.
- Solid grasp of
Git

,
GitHub

, and
CI/CD pipelines.
- Able to work independently and
make smart technical decisions.
- Excellent English

communication skills (spoken and written).

Bonus points for:

  • Applied AI use cases (
    LLMs, prompt orchestration, RAG

, etc.)
- Working for
European customers in a remote, async team
