Event Director
to determine the direction and oversee the entire portfolio of organizational events

If you are ready to lead innovation, manage large-scale budgets and P&L, and develop a high-performing leadership team, we invite you to lead our Event Division

What You'll Do:

  • Define the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the entire events portfolio, directly aligning projects with corporate revenue and brand goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new, profitable business models derived from events, integrating them seamlessly with the organization's broader marketing strategy.
  • Hold full responsibility for the P&L of the Event Division, controlling budget allocation and ensuring maximum Return on Investment (ROI) for all projects.
  • Oversee and direct all Event Management functions, setting the highest operational standards and mentoring the Event Managers who report to you.
  • Act as the representative of the organization in negotiating and building strategic, relationships with key clients, sponsors, and business partners.
  • Approve and guide high-level creative concepts, ensuring the continuous development of innovative event formats that expand market reach and reinforce brand image.
  • Plan the development and career paths for the event team, ensuring robust succession planning and the continuous development of leadership talent.

What You Should Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the event organization and management industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing manager-level staff or leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven expertise in Strategic Planning, P&L Management, and high-stakes Project Governance.
  • Deep understanding of global event trends, media integration, and innovative technologies within the industry.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with C-Level executives and strategic partners.
  • Ability to analyze designs, oversee structural elements, manage material sourcing, and control quality in large-scale event production.
  • Exceptional ability to manage crises, handle high work pressure, and provide stable, strategic leadership during live event emergencies.
