Personal Assistant

The Personal Assistant provides comprehensive, confidential, and proactive secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Director. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of the Director's office, managing internal and external communications, and facilitating the smooth coordination of regional activities. The successful candidate must be highly organized, discreet, and possess excellent multilingual communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Regional Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, while anticipating necessary preparations (e.g., briefing materials, presentations).
- Arrange and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and high-level meetings convened by the Director's office.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, country offices, and external stakeholders, including high-ranking officials and clients, on behalf of the Regional Director.
- Act as an interpreter during meetings or communications, as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Any gender, not over 35 years.
- Proficiency in Thai and fluent proficiency in Chinese are
mandatory
; proficiency in English for communication is
highly preferred
. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
