We are seeking a
Finance Director
to lead the overall finance function of a growing retail business. The ideal candidate has a
strong foundation from a Big 4 audit firm
,
international academic exposure
, and the ability to partner closely with senior management to drive business performance. This role requires
strategic thinking, commercial mindset, and strong leadership
, with fluent English communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all finance functions including
    Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Tax, and Internal Control
  • Act as a
    strategic business partner
    to the CEO and management team, supporting decision-making and growth initiatives
  • Provide financial insights and analysis on
    sales performance, margin management, store profitability, inventory, and working capital
  • Ensure accurate and timely
    financial reporting
    in compliance with IFRS/Thai GAAP and group policies
  • Oversee
    budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning
  • Strengthen
    internal controls, governance, and risk management
    , leveraging Big 4 best practices
  • Manage relationships with
    external auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulators
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing finance organization
  • Support
    expansion projects
    , new store openings, and potential M&A or restructuring activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Accounting only.
  • Overseas education
    (e.g. UK, US and Australia) is highly preferred
  • Big 4 background
    (Audit or Advisory) is required.
  • Minimum
    12–15 years of progressive experience
    , with at least
    5 years in a senior finance leadership role
    within retail, FMCG, or consumer-driven businesses.
  • CPA license
    is required.
  • CPD license
    (Thailand) is required.
  • Strong understanding of
    retail business models
    , including multi-store operations and inventory management.
  • Fluent in English
    (both written and spoken); able to communicate with regional/global stakeholders.
