JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Coordinator supports the facility management team to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high-quality service delivery and follow up with clients.
- Create, assign, and communicate work orders to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Resolve issues and provide status reports on work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, proposals, and vendor files.
- Process invoices, purchase orders (PO), and purchase requisitions (PR) with correct cost center coding.
- Assist with facility inspections and ensure compliance.
- Utilize PC and/or PDA for work order systems, email, and training purposes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in manufacturing work environments.
- Proficient in English and Thai.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in financial management, including PO, PR, and invoice processing.
- Supervisory and contract administration skills.
