Production Support Software Engineer

We're looking for a Production Support Software Engineer to join our team in Bangkok and take ownership of application-level troubleshooting and production monitoring for our SaaS platform.

You'll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly in production — investigating customer-reported issues, diving into logs, analyzing metrics, and helping the team build a more reliable environment over time.

What you'll do

  • Respond to and troubleshoot production issues
  • Work closely with developers, product, and customer success to diagnose and resolve customer-impacting problems
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the dev team to build long-term fixes
  • Use ElasticSearch, Kibana, Datadog, and Sentry to analyze logs, monitor performance, and detect anomalies
  • Explore and experiment with AI tools and agents to automate parts of production support and help the team respond faster
  • Gradually improve reliability through better monitoring, alerting, and automation
  • Document common issues and build internal tools that make production support smoother and more scalable
  • Maintain and optimize our production environment on GCP, Firebase, AWS, and related services

What we're looking for

  • Solid experience in application-level production support and troubleshooting
  • Strong familiarity with environments, logs, APIs, and debugging
  • Hands-on experience with GCP (Firebase, Cloud Run, etc.), AWS, and the Elastic / Datadog monitoring stack
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys getting to the root cause of complex issues
  • Curious about leveraging AI and automation to improve reliability and response times
  • Fluent in English, with clear communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with clients
  • Based in Bangkok, with right to work (or eligible for the Digital Nomad / DTV visa)
