Key Responsibilities
  • Lead several engineering teams working across different technical areas.
  • Guide the full software development process—from planning and development to launch.
  • Offer technical support, coaching, and guidance to engineers at all levels.
  • Encourage good coding habits and ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Make key technical decisions that help systems grow, stay stable, and scale over time.
  • Help monitor and resolve system issues to keep services running with minimal interruptions.
  • Set team objectives, review performance, and support career development.
  • Build a positive team culture that values learning, collaboration, and new ideas.
  • Coordinate effectively with team members working remotely or in different locations.
  • Oversee operations for platforms with high user traffic, ensuring reliable performance.
Qualifications
  • Good English communication
  • At least 7 years of software development experience with strong technical skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing engineering teams.
  • Background in guiding multiple teams or managing cross-team technical projects.
  • Solid understanding of mobile, web, or backend development (experience in any area is welcome).
  • Ability to improve system performance and design scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and common project management tools.
