Your impact:

• In this role, you'll bridge the gap between technology and business needs helping our clients design, implement, and optimize solutions built with our products and technologies. You'll work closely with engineers, product specialists, and clients to understand technical requirements, provide tailored solutions, and ensure smooth delivery. • As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be the key driver in crafting and maintaining the Voice Bot via the Accentix platform, overseeing responsibilities from the intelligent design of the 'conversation flow' to seamlessly integrating the back-end systems. This role demands a profound understanding of API processes necessary to connect and unify services with partner systems, ensuring flawless integration. Consequently, you must possess expertise and fluency in back-end development, including the skilled application of frameworks and third-party libraries. This is a pivotal opportunity to collaborate with an ambitious, high-calibre team consisting of dedicated Project Managers, insightful Data Scientists, and expert Tech Leads, all working together to realize the innovations of the future.

Your team:

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Drive the external development lifecycle by transforming customer needs into a highly effective voice bot design. This includes consulting authoritatively on the crucial task of API integration between all involved platforms.
• External project development
• Call flow development using our own voicebot platform per customer requirement
• Support post-launch project
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and deliver technical solutions for clients.

Your ideal profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• 3–7 years of experience in software development using JavaScript, preferably
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and code quality best practices
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL database technologies
• Hands-on experience with Nginx or other web server technologies
• Proficient in Git or other source control management tools
• Experience working with Linux commands

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Docker
• Experience developing Chatbot or Voicebot solutions
• A creative and innovative mindset toward integrating AI into existing processes
• Interest or experience in Generative AI (GenAI), particularly for Voice Bot applications
