About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Infrastructure Solution Engineer (Presale & Post-Sales) to support comprehensive infrastructure solution projects for our Japanese partner company in Thailand. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will handle the end-to-end project lifecycle—collaborating with sales to design server, virtualization, and cloud solutions, preparing technical proposals, and then leading the hands-on implementation and technical support. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to master both solution design and system engineering while collaborating with Japanese and Thai engineers.

Your Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Presale Support: Collaborate with the sales team to define technical requirements, participate in client meetings, and design scalable infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud) using VMware, Nutanix, HPE, Dell EMC, and AWS/Azure.
• Proposal Creation: Prepare and present technical proposals and solution presentations that clearly demonstrate value and technical feasibility to the client.
• Infrastructure Implementation: Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of the proposed server, virtualization, and cloud environments to ensure they meet design specifications.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshoot complex issues during and after implementation, and propose resolutions to ensure system stability.
• Client & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate effectively with vendors and clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery, resolve inquiries, and maintain high service standards.
• Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert advice on system architecture, upgrades, and implementation updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an IT engineer with a focus on Server, Storage, Virtualization, or Cloud technologies.

• Technical Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix).

• Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with hardware solutions from HPE or Dell EMC.

• Language Skills:

• Thai: Business level proficiency (Required).

• English: Business level proficiency (Required for communication with global partners and Japanese engineers).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills with a passion for collaborative problem-solving.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications

• Experience in both pre-sales (solution design/proposal) and post-sales (implementation/support) technical roles.
• Vendor certifications such as VMware VCP, AWS Certified, Azure Administrator, or HPE/Dell EMC credentials.
• Experience working with Japanese clients or in multinational environments.
• Japanese language communication skill is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon–Fri, Flexible time).
• Location: Near MRT Phetchaburi (Hybrid work, WFH available).
