Work Experience Requirements :

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or account management.
  • Proven experience collaborating with external stakeholders such as influencers, KOLs, or corporate partners.
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and industry trends, particularly in digital marketing.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Partnership & B2B Deal Management: Ability to establish and manage relationships with business partners and B2B clients from initial contact to deal closure, including negotiation of contract terms.
  • Influencer & KOL Management: Skilled in sourcing, managing, and collaborating with Influencers/KOLs (Barter, Commission, and Budgeted Campaigns) to ensure smooth campaign execution and measurable results.
  • Marketing Acumen: Understanding of digital marketing strategies and co-marketing initiatives; able to design joint campaigns with partners that effectively reach target audiences.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to analyze campaign and partnership metrics to continuously optimize performance.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Clear and professional communication, including business presentations, negotiations, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to identify new collaboration opportunities and design creative marketing strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and project management tools; knowledge of social media and influencer platforms is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Professional English communication skills for business discussions, negotiations, and reporting.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Identify & Engage KOLs/Influencers: Source and build relationships with KOLs and influencers (Nano, Micro) for Barter, Commission, and Budgeted Campaigns.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify partnership and co-sponsorship opportunities with businesses to expand marketing reach and access new audiences.
  • B2B Deal Management: Manage end-to-end B2B deals, including negotiation and contract finalization.
  • Coordinate Joint Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to align with brand objectives.
  • Monitor & Report Performance: Track performance of partnerships and influencer campaigns; analyze results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure partnership activities align with overall business strategy.
  • Industry Research & Opportunity Identification: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to drive marketing innovation.
