Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage overall accounting operations, including cost accounting, account reconciliation, and general ledger management, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and supporting accurate business operations.
  • Analyze financial data to support annual budgeting and provide strategic direction for accounting operations, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Review, verify, and analyze accounting information to prepare accurate and timely financial statements that support effective decision-making.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance to support revenue and expense budgeting, as well as accounting process improvement.
  • Collaborate with related departments to ensure clear understanding and alignment in accounting operations.
  • Participate in departmental planning, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present summary reports on overall accounting performance to management, recommending actions for improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor subordinates to enhance their performance and support their career development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience, including 1–3 years in a supervisory or team management role.
  • Background in auditing or experience with audit processes is a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and numerical analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office and accounting systems.
  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
