Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager (E-Commerce Platform) to support our growing online business operations. This role focuses responsible for managing and growing strategic brand partnerships on the company's e-commerce platform. This role focuses on driving sales performance, developing online strategies, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and brand partners.

You will play a key role in developing business strategies, executing campaigns, and ensuring successful partnerships that deliver measurable sales and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage key brand accounts to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic business plans for each key partner to maximize sales and visibility on the platform.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, agencies, and internal cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and customer service).
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data, campaign performance, and category trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
  5. Lead promotional planning, pricing strategies, and campaign execution in collaboration with marketing teams.
  6. Negotiate terms, promotions, and joint business plans with key brands to ensure mutual growth.
  7. Provide insights on consumer behavior, category trends, and competitive landscape to brand partners.
  8. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and timely execution of activities.
  9. Track and report on KPIs such as GMV, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  10. Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends, new tools, and best practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, E-Commerce, or Online Sales.
  3. Experience managing major brands or categories on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Official Brand Website).
  4. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce dashboards.
  6. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
