We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Engineering Operations Coordinator to oversee administrative, technical, and cross-functional support activities within our engineering department.

Responsibility, Job Summary:

  • Coordinate project schedules and design review (DR) activities to ensure timelines are met.
  • Manage and distribute technical drawings and documents with timely updates.
  • Support communication and coordination between various engineering teams.
  • Administer software licenses and track usage to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and control documentation related to import and export of parts.
  • Maintain job request (JR) records and assist in invoice processing.
  • Monitor and report engineering KPIs on a regular basis to track progress and support ongoing improvements
  • Provide general support as needed to assist overall engineering operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative or coordination roles.
  • Familiar with managing project schedules and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written (TOEIC score of 550 or above)
  • Experience in automotive or automotive part industry is advantage.
  • Japanese language proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of CAD or 3D modeling software is an advantage.
