Role Description

Duties/Responsibilities may include, but to limited to

  1. Brand Storytelling & Creative Development

  2. Develop creative concepts that strengthen brand identity and communicate product value in a compelling way.

  3. Manage storytelling that builds emotional connection and strengthens brand perception.
  4. Translate brand strategies into engaging visual and written content across all platforms.
  5. Ensure brand consistency in tone, visual style, and messaging across every asset.
  6. Guide a brand visuals, key visuals, product concept, and campaign.

  7. Content Creation (Photo, Video, Conceptual)

  8. Lead or create end-to-end a quality creative content including product photos, short-form videos, reels/TikTok, graphics, and lifestyle imagery.

  9. Plan, direct, and execute product shoots (studio & lifestyle), working with in-house team when needed.

  10. Product Communication & Messaging

  11. Develop product narratives, key selling points, and educational content to drive consumer understanding.

  12. Work with teams to craft scripts, captions, taglines, and product descriptions.
  13. Transform technical product details into clear, appealing consumer-friendly content.
  14. Support end-to-end creative development for launch campaigns, promotional content, and storytelling assets.
  15. Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven communication strategies that effectively inform, educate, and engage sellers/consumers.
  16. Ensure consistent and compelling product messaging across all communication channels, including digital, print, social media and events.
  17. Monitor and Analyse data insight to develop campaign optimisation to ensure successful campaign delivery
  18. Support go-to-market strategy and execution for creative material to internal and external stakeholders.

  19. Digital Marketing Activities (Supportive Tasks)

  20. Develop, deliver, and host engaging live streaming sessions across social platforms.

  21. Be responsible for social media accounts

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Creative, Advertising or any but not limited to
  • At least 5 years' experience in Marketing field; Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Creative Marketing and Advertising
  • Ability to dependently work as a leader
  • Proficient in social media platforms – TikTok, Facebook and IG
  • Skilled in using video editing tools, particularly CapCut, to create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
  • Good command in communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills
