Head of HR

Our client is Health and wellness center, they're seeking a strategic and people-oriented Head of HR to lead the Human Resources function and support our expanding operations.

Working condition: 2 alternative Saturday per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding to attract top talent.
• Lead organizational development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Strengthen company culture and employee engagement initiatives across multiple sites.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with labor laws and industry standards.
• Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Lead HR digital transformation and process improvements for greater efficiency.
• Coach and support department heads and management teams on HR matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in wellness, hospitality, F&B, or service-related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on capability and a passion for people development.
