Head of Training Center

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Head of Training Center to lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills, drive performance excellence, and support our business growth. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of learning strategies, people development, and operational excellence in training management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the Training Center.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee curriculum development, training materials, and learning tools to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Manage trainer teams, monitor performance, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Develop training budgets and manage resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external training standards and accreditations.
• Measure training effectiveness and report performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in training management or learning & development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, people, and projects effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in automotive, technical, or service industry training centers is a plus
