About the role
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to join the growing HR team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist, you will play a key role in building and developing the company's talent pipeline to support the organisation's ambitious growth plans.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract the best talent for a range of roles across the business
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new hires
- Build and maintain an extensive network of passive candidates and industry contacts to fill both technical and commercial roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements, and provide expert advice
- Leverage data and analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of recruitment activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and legislation to ensure recruitment processes are compliant and impactful
- Mentor and support more junior members of the talent acquisition team
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior talent acquisition or recruitment role, ideally within the medical/healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers
- Proven track record of delivering high-volume, high-quality hires to support business growth
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence and advise at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
