Work Location
- Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, Chonburi.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business administration, Economics or related field
- Staff Position : 1-5 years of experience in HR (Compensation).
- Proficient in working effectively under pressure, planning, and prioritizing tasks.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct compensation surveys and analyze data to support compensation planning and decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate the annual bonus evaluation process, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with company policies.
- Analyze and consolidate compensation data for annual salary review and salary increase planning.
- Prepare promotion-related compensation analyses and executive-ready summary reports to support management decision-making.
- Support the review and enhancement of compensation structures, job grading, and internal equity analysis.
- Coordinate with regional compensation teams on compensation data and related activities.
