Introduction:

To complete our team in SouthEast Asia, we are looking for a Research Executive to join our SEA team.

The Research Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing market research studies. This includes project scheduling and execution; questionnaire preparation and assistance with project design; reporting and analysis; client management; and serving as a liaison with internal and external operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all research projects tasks—questionnaire design, fieldwork coordination, data processing guidance and interpretation of the data through reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in the research design and proposal process and counsel with clients, to ensure successful and efficient project completion.
  • Help drive actionable results and insights from the data collected. Consult clients with tactical findings to address their business needs and wants.
  • Be the incumbent responsible for daily connection with clients from different industries.
  • Ensure that all internal team members understand the projects' expected outcomes, and monitors the progress of each project at each stage to secure the highest quality deliverables.
  • Demonstrate project management skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest research tools and techniques.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years market research experience executing quantitative research studies.
  • Experience across a variety of methodologies, online research is a plus.
  • Client management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client service oriented.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Highly motivated, able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Experience with SPSS. Ability to use Q would be an advantage, but not a must.
  • Experience managing through problems—identifying causes and developing solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
