Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring all risks, dependencies, and issues across Business, Product, Technology, People, Support, and Vendors are effectively managed.
  • Oversee project resources including teams, vendors, hardware, and software.
  • Handle key project administration tasks (meetings, minutes, contracts, purchasing/payment, timesheets, presentations, status reports, etc.).
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and collaboration across internal and external teams.
  • Control project scope, assess change impacts, and secure required approvals.
  • Track and report project progress with clear, consistent documentation.
  • Gather business requirements, analyze scope, and translate them into clear service specifications.
  • Design prototypes, service flows, user journeys, and use cases for development teams.
  • Prepare system and product documentation (System Flow, PRD/BRD, SRS, Training Docs, User Manuals).
  • Collaborate closely with PO, UX/UI, Developers, and QA to ensure quality delivery.
  • Conduct UAT, review test cases, validate results, and lead user/system training.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, MIS/IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3+ years' experience in mobile, web, or API development/programming.
  • Experience in Loyalty, eCommerce, or related tech platforms is a plus.
  • Strong project planning skills—ensuring the right resources at the right time.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and ability to keep projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills; able to align stakeholders and drive outcomes.
  • Knowledge of project methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile); PMP is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and workflow tools (Figma, ).
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in Thai and English.
