Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Management

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, consultants, and testers.

  • Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors or implementation partners.

  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide timely project updates to stakeholders and executives.

  • Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve problems effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with governance processes, policies, and quality standards.

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Work with business units to gather, validate, and document business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for the ERP system.

  • Change Management & Training

  • Drive change management strategies to support successful ERP adoption.

  • Coordinate user training, documentation, and support during and after go-live.

  • Project Delivery

  • Ensure the ERP solution is configured, tested, and implemented according to project plans.

  • Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing ERP projects (e.g., Oracle (NetSuite), SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etc.).

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementations, preferably in multiple industries.

  • Project Management Skills:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

  • Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.

  • Certifications (Preferred):

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)

  • PRINCE2
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • ERP vendor-specific certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant, SAP Activate)

  • Technical & Business Skills:

  • Familiarity with ERP architecture, data migration, and integration.

  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into ERP functionality.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Good command of English.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
