Job Summary:
  1. ปฏิบัติงานทางภาษี และควบคุมการดำเนินการ ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายภาษีและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาษีสรรพากร ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจของกลุ่ม IRPC ได้ถูกต้อง ตรงเวลา และบริษัทได้รับประโยชน์ทางด้านภาษีสูงสุด 
  2. จัดทำ และเป็นศูนย์กลางการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับภาษีสรรพากร ในเรื่องการเสียภาษี การขอคืนภาษี และประสานงานกับศูนย์บริหารภาษีธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ กรมสรรพากร (LTO) ในการให้ข้อมูลด้านภาษีอากร
Responsibilities:

งานที่รับผิดชอบหลัก : 

  1. ติดตามกฎหมายภาษีและกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องและร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกำหนดแนวทางปฏิบัติทางด้านภาษี (Compliance) โดยจัดทำกระบวนการ รูปแบบ การจัดเก็บข้อมูลและชี้แจงหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในกรณีที่ได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีตามกฎหมายใหม่ เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงและใช้สิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีให้กลุ่ม IRPC อย่างถูกต้อง
  2. ติดตาม ตรวจสอบในการปรับปรุง Tax Mapping เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อเท็จจริงทางบัญชีและกฎหมายภาษีที่ส่งผลกระทบ ต่อ Tax Mapping รวมถึงการเพิ่มเติมรหัสบัญชี หรือมีรายการค้าใหม่ๆ
  3. ร่วมกำหนดแนวทางปฏิบัติทางด้านภาษี (Compliance) กับผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามรายงานการสอบทาน และการตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานภาษี
  4. ร่วมเป็นทีมในการวางแผนภาษีอากรและปฏิรูปโครงสร้างทางด้านภาษีสำหรับธุรกรรมใหม่ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น เช่น การ ควบรวมกิจการ การซื้อกิจการ การปรับปรุงโครงสร้างกิจการ เพื่อสร้างระบบภาษีที่มีประสิทธิภาพและก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด รวมทั้งควบคุม ติดตามสอบทานการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานภายใน หรือที่ปรึกษาภายนอก ว่าดำเนินการเป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้ทั้งด้านเอกสารสัญญาและเวลาที่ดำเนินการสามารถปฏิบัติได้ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
  5. ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ ตอบปัญหาประเด็นภาษีแก่หน่วยงานต่างๆ และบริษัทในเครือตลอดจนร่วมประชุมปัญหาภาษี
  6. จัดทำข้อมูลในส่วนของ Tax Strategy และ Tax Report ประจำปีสนับสนุนการประเมินและจัดอันดับผลการดำเนินงานด้านความยั่งยืนในการเป็นสมาชิกดัชนีความยั่งยืนดาวน์โจนส์ (Dow Jones Sustainability Indices -DJSI)
  7. จัดทำรายงานเอกสารประกอบการกำหนดราคาโอนประจำปีสำหรับ IRPC (Transfer Pricing Documentation) และ Update Master File, CbCR ประจำปีสำหรับกลุ่ม ปตท.

งานขอคืน และพัฒนาความรู้ทางด้านภาษี : 

  1. ควบคุมดูแลการสอบทานการเตรียมยื่นแบบแสดงรายการเพื่อเสียภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลกลางปีและปลายปี รวมถึง       ให้คำแนะนำการปรับปรุงรายการทางบัญชีให้แบบแสดงรายการเพื่อเสียภาษีให้ถูกต้อง 
  2. ควบคุมดูแล จัดทำแบบและยื่นชำระ / ขอคืนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มเป็นรายเดือนพร้อมจัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์เสนอผู้บริหารและจัดทำหนังสือชี้แจงกรมสรรพากรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ (บริษัท IRPC)
  3. ประสานงานศูนย์บริหารภาษีธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ กรมสรรพากร (LTO) เพื่อการติดต่อ นำส่งและรับข้อมูลในการตรวจสอบต่างๆ (บริษัท IRPC)
  4. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในในการจัดเตรียมข้อมูลตามที่ LTO ต้องการ และตรวจสอบข้อมูลด้านภาษีอากรเบื้องต้นก่อนนำส่งข้อมูลให้กับ LTO เพื่อประโยชน์ในการขอคืนภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และการยื่นคำขอต่างๆ รวมถึงให้ความ ร่วมมือในการตรวจสอบภาษีของ LTO (บริษัท IRPC)
  5. ควบคุมดูแลการจัดทำการยื่นแบบคำร้อง / คำขอต่างๆ ทางภาษี
  6. ประสานงาน ร่วมให้ความเห็น และสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานด้านภาษีอากรตามนโยบายภาษีของกลุ่ม ปตท.
  7. ให้คำแนะนำด้านภาษีอากรและประสานกับที่ปรึกษาด้านภาษีอากรในการพิจารณาประเด็นทางภาษีอากร พร้อมร่วมสรุปแนวทางในการปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง
  8. ศึกษากฎหมายภาษีและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขหรือกฎหมายใหม่ เพื่อพิจารณาประเมินผลกระทบที่มีต่อบริษัทฯ พร้อมกับหาแนวทางในการปฏิบัติเพื่อให้กลุ่ม IRPC ได้รับประโยชน์ทางภาษีสูงสุด
  9. จัดทำแผนในการให้ความรู้ทางภาษีในฝ่ายบัญชี และหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  10. จัดอบรม สัมมนา ความรู้ทางภาษีเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานทางด้านภาษีและ Technical Competency
Qualification:
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี  หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชีไม่ต่ำกว่า 4 ปี และต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้านการตรวจสอบภาษีอากรหรือให้คำปรึกษาด้านภาษีอากร
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานโดยใช้ SAP
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี 
  5. คะแนนภาษาอังกฤษ TOEIC 550 หรือ IELTS 5.5 ขึ้นไป
