Key Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for leading project-based IT sales across Thailand's provincial markets. You will manage and coach regional Sales Managers across four regions (North, Northeast, Central, and South) to drive business growth in both government and enterprise B2B segments.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting B2B, project, and government sectors in provincial areas.
  • Manage and monitor key accounts, projects, and bidding processes to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, SIs, and public sector customers across all regions.
  • Coach, motivate, and evaluate regional sales managers and account executives to enhance their performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and drive regional business expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Marketing, Solution) to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • At least 5–10 years' experience in IT project sales, bidding projects with a strong background in distribution, system integration, or enterprise solution business.

  • Proven record of managing regional or provincial sales teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Solid experience with government projects, bidding, and tenders across upcountry regions.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, hardware, and solution sales channels (dealers, resellers, SIs).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Based in Bangkok, but able to travel frequently nationwide.
  • Strategic mindset, hands-on leadership, and the ability to develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience managing large-scale public sector or enterprise projects is a plus.
