Role and Responsibilities:

Capable of effectively managing both in-house and field fraud investigations, ensuring comprehensive oversight and coordination throughout all stages of the investigative process and monitoring/assurance tasks, including:

  • Lead Compliance quality assurance enhancement to strengthen the QA process
  • Oversight QA team and coordinate with HODs to ensure QA is complete as planed
  • Review and prepare QA reports
  • Oversight establishment and implementation of investigation procedures
  • Leading the meeting relates to fraud investigation and monitoring/assurance
  • Set up Sale Compliance program and/or procedure to prevent, monitor and detect any potential risk of mis-selling or misconduct.
  • Provide consultation to other departments and supervise Compliance team.
  • Oversight Compliance manual review and updating
  • Prepare and review Compliance reports and packs relating to fraud investigation and monitoring/assurance for RC, AC and EXCO.
  • Prepare annual Compliance plan and updating.

  • Liaise with Group Compliance for Compliance report, key risks monitoring and compliance annual plan

  • Facilitate other departments to complete the Fraud Risk Assessment template annually.

  • Any other job assignment by line manager or Head of Compliance.

Minimum Requirements (Qualifications and Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a life insurance compliance role
  • Solid background in external auditing
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance procedures and regulatory standards
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
