Main Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming materials through effective supplier management and quality control processes. This role involves working closely with suppliers, conducting audits, providing counseling, and tracking the resolution of quality issues. The IQC Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standard of raw materials and promoting continuous improvement in incoming material quality.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Lead the update and revision of the company's raw material inspection process.
  • Representative for Measurement analysis system to maintain accuracy and precision of equipment
  • Follow up Yearly calibration for all tool measurement in Manufacturing
  • Provide rationalization suggestions for the inspection process and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Supplier Management and Quality Control:
  • Collaborate with the supplier management department to control incoming material quality from suppliers.
  • Conduct audits, reviews, and assessments of key suppliers to ensure their adherence to quality requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to suppliers for defect improvement.
  • Track and resolve quality issues with suppliers in a timely manner, ensuring closed-loop communication.
  • Respond promptly to supplier exception problems identified during manufacturing or incoming material inspection.
  • Effectively manage key issues and initiate appropriate actions for resolution.
  • Implement corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence.

Qualification:

Formal Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering

Work Experience:

  • 3 Years – 10 Years

Specific Qualification for Position:

  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF16949, ISO9001.
  • Drive for result, good Communication, soft and conflict management skills.
  • Speaking and writing skills in Chinese are an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Strong observation, adaptability, and communication skills.
  • Have Certify of Internal Audit.

Specific knowledge/ Skills:

  • PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, System, Product and Process Audit.
